2025. aastal hakkas kehtima Eesti majanduse tegevusalade klassifikaatori 
(EMTAK) uus versioon. Ettevõtjad saavad uue EMTAKi järgi oma tegevusala 
koode uuendada majandusaasta aruannete esitamisega. Kuid avaliku sektori 
asutuste puhul, mis ei ole aruandekohuslased ja mille tegevusala sisu kattub 
uue EMTAKiga, kaasajastasime tegevusalad äriregistri andmebaasis 
automaatselt.
Eelnevast lähtuvalt soovime teavitada, et oleme viinud äriregistris teie 
asutuse tegevusala andmed vastavusse uue EMTAK versiooniga.
Tegevusala koodi kontrollimiseks palume külastada äriregistri portaali EMTAK 
üleminekutabelit

A new version of the Estonian Classification of Economic Activities (EMTAK) 
came into force in 2025. Entrepreneurs can update their activity codes 
according to the new EMTAK by submitting annual reports. However, in the 
case of public sector institutions that are not required to report and whose 
activity content is the same in the new EMTAK, we automatically updates the 
activity fields in the e-Business Register database.
Based on the above, we would like to inform you that we have automatically 
updated your institution's field of activity in the commercial register to 
the new EMTAK version.
